Dear Consumer Complaints Team, pls help us in getting our money back and punish such companies. The below mentioned company : Online Deals Today Pvt.Ltd A94/10 Sector 58 Noida-201301 UP, India Phone No:[protected] Tel:[protected] Mobile : +91-[protected] Fax:[protected] Email:[protected]@onlinedealstoday.co.in the people by the name of Tarun and Rounak call on the clients and gave offers saying by paying Rs.7499 they provide a Holiday Package + Sony Xpedia2 tablet. and we paid the money through payment gateway and till date they have not send the gifts and sent only a form which has to be sent back in case of any package blocking. They said the courier is getting delayed then they said the items did not come with warranty card and now they say no stock. They are openly challenging us to put a complaint with police. Its more than a 37 days but still not received any of the gift and they are talking very rude and they land line number is always switched off. Hi, Got the call from Anil Sharma (Online deals today). He told that by making the payment of Rs. 7999 I will get the 4N/5D holiday voucher & Sony Xperia Z tablet in 5 to 6 days. I made the payment on 19-Mar-15. Got the Holiday package on 26-Mar-15. Raised the complaint to customer care & through mails on NOT GETTING THE SONY TABLET. Got the call from Ani Sharma & his manager on 30-Mar-15 and they committed that within 4 days I will get the Sony Xperia Z tablet. From 02-Apr-2015 onwards, I made multiple calls to Amit -Customer care to reach out to Anil Sharma, but all went vain. Every time he says he will arrange a call back from Anil Sharma, But I have not received a single call from your team. After making multiple follow ups, some one has called and committed again that i will get the product in next 4 days. Don't trust them and dont waste your money. They make you to wait to get the product and at last you will get frustrated and you wont follow it up with them. I thing this is their idea behind this cheating. This people can do some other business, instead of doing this kind of cheating.

I have availed the package of "Family Friend Accommodation(7999)" in Online deals Today. While i am availing the package there was an offer of providing Tablet(Sony) or Blackberry(mobile), and the deal is on Feb3rd. So i have availed the package. During my booking process the person from Online Deal Today named Ankit has guided me till the end of the process and assured for the Referral gift(Tablet/Mobile) and ensured for the Cancellation of the package. when they called me the next day for conformation they informed me that the gift voucher will not be provided, so i asked them to cancel the package. I contacted the person Ankit for cancellation and he informed me that he has initiated the cancellation and it will take 30-40 days to process. Till now they didn't cancel my order and now they are saying that the cancellation is not possible.

On 17th march 2015 I got a call from sales person called Ankit Srivastava. He told me that I have been selected for their promotional offer for stay in hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. He also stated that if I book the tour package on same day then by paying Rs 7999, I will be eligible for free gift from their company - Sony Tablet or Dell Laptop. I opted for Dell Laptop. After that I also got a confirmation mail about this offer from this company in my mail box. I made the payment. I got my hotel voucher but it has been 16 days I didn't receive my laptop. I purchased this package only for laptop. Ankit's phone number is [protected]. I have been trying to call on this number from last 2 days but either it is coming no answer or he is cutting my call. I called up this company's customer care too. He told me a different story. He said that dell laptop in Rs 7999 is not possible. I m feeling very helpless as I feel that I have been robbed of Rs 7999. Please help me in resolving this.

I Had received a call that due to happy hrs schme online deals today will give one sony experia tab to me if i purchased their travel plan, Mr. varun told me due to customer of pay u money they know my cell no. i have received nothing till date after lots of f.up with them on phone and mails. last week i got a call from Mr. Toshi (he was from operation team) that Mr. Varun commitment was fake hence he can arrange Tab for me of any other company, when i asked him for written confirmation he told to come back but till date no phone or mail recieved from him or any other person.

I have paid Rs.7999/- on 03.01.2015 for purchase of Blackberry mobile and payment done through online as per company telecotter said. thenafter he says we give u a holiday package, which was received.Thenafter telly coller says me that they have sent mail to me and just answer that u have accept all terms and condition. I have done the same. But till date I hve not get my Mobile.When I approach too customer care Mr. anshul on[protected], he said that your reference is not converted hence you are not getting phone. It is a clearcut miss seling of such product and done fraud with me. Kindly refurnd the same amount.

When I contact to Mr Sinha on 28 Jan his colleague
Mr. Varun told he is out of town. Then I contacted customcare there Mr. Anshul told he will send myTablet and voucher and asked time period of 03 days. I gave one week time but there was no response by the company.


Again I contacted Mr. Sinha on 14 Feb at 1416 hrs his colleague told he is havng lunch and he will give a call. But till 1830 hrs tere was no response. Will contacted to mr. sinha the phone was switched off. At 1900 hrs when contacted his colleauge toldhe has left you can call on monday.


On 14 Feb I called customcare MrAnshul told me that he has send the courier same day and it has comeback due reason thier no one leaves, and for the tablet he told that you have to sponser one person then only he can give the tablet. Even I told that iwant to speak tothe owner or any senior he told that
he cannot to that because it is out of company rule.

So Iwant tosaythat this company is totally fraud and donot bellieve on this.

The company representative Mr Anil Sharma (Cell no. [protected]) contacted me and have me subscribed to their package for Rs. 7999/-. He promised me a Blackberry mobile for the package and assured me to deliver it in 10 working days. This was the condition on which i bought the package. I did get the paper documents, however the gift package never was provided. Later he kept giving some or the other excuse on gift and it never happened. I reached out to his boss Mr. Rahul (cell # [protected]) and he did not take up any ownership. The company in my opinion is committing a fraud business by committing people freebies while subscribing to their package. I am not sure if the package is even valid or not. On 23rd December, I received call from this guy by the name Gaurav who explained about a package in which he said that my phone number was selected randomly since I shop online. He offered me 4Nand 5D stay at any of their 3star or 5star hotels in India, Thailand or Malaysia for four persons for 7999Rs. It was around 3Pm when he called. And then he added that if I make the payment today itself then I'll get Sony Xperia tablet Z as a gift . So I transferred the amount. Within 10 days I received the holiday package details but the the gift isn't received yet. Today is[protected] and am calling them atleast once in two days from 3rd January but now they are telling that I have to refer some ten people to this offer then they;ll release the gift. I have clearly recorded the calls from this GAURAV in which he has not mentioned anything about referring ten other persons for this. Nowadays when I call ANSHUL picks the call and he tells that GAURAV is not in the office, he's on leave, blah blah blah and all that stuff like kids give non sense reasons for not going to school. This is happening since 15 days. THIS COMPANY EITHER IS A BIG FRAUD I can show you the mails sent by them in which they've not mentioned anything about referrals. Hi Team, made a payment of 8000/- to "Onlinedealstoday" on last month 20th nov. Till now I have called, emailed and messaged them so many times but I have not got promised products. BOth the times Why both the times they have not called, messages and emailed me and product got returned. 1st. Z[protected] status shows"return to origin" howcome I didnot get a single call, email and message about it. And 2nd: Z[protected] status in dtdc shows - "out for deliver" but when I messaged to [protected], I got reply saying" not delivered due to receiver not available". I am in bangalore but didnot get a single call, email and message about it. I have filled this feedback form last week but no reply in my email [protected]@hotmail.com from dtdc even till now! Now Z42392113 shows "out for delivery". What does it mean? Am I going to get my products this time?? Or again it will show me as "return to origin"?? The marketing guys were pestering me to take their holiday share rental plans @7999/-. They also promised a Samsung tab if i can share names of 10 friends, whom they will solicit for business. I asked them for specific dates and the resort for which they said yes and paid them only after oral confirmation. Now, there is dead silence from their side. NO response to emails, phone calls, SMS.

This is a totally fraud company. They have really tried all the possible ways and made me purchase the membership. After that they are not ready to provide service at all.Whenever I ask about something they come up with an excuse. They are yet to deliver my vouchers and my promotional gift.
