My name is pawan kumar mishra. Date of incident : 11/05/18. It always takes more than 24 to 48 hrs to visit from onsite go under warranty product. Enginner will visit your place always more than 2 weeks time. On top of everything being a customer i was misbehaved with engineer from onsite go. His name is bilal from ghaziabad site. Bilal came to my place after a month after raising the request and started asking for money. When i questioned why is he asking for money when my product is under warrenty. He started argument with me on my door step. When i requested onsite go to take this matter seriously & provide me the ceo email address no body helped me with the complain & no action has been taken on the engineer. Pathetic services from onsite go as usual. No response was provided yet. I need to know what action has been taken on the engineer bilal. Was this information helpful? |
