I have taken a Total care insurance for my mobile with ONSITEGO when i buy this from chennai mobiles in PORUR. I had a charging issue in my mobile in which the charging through PIN was not working but wireless charging was working. My sub display is working fine but soon my main display didnt come up.
First reached authorized service center, JP communications in PORUR, and after quick check they told me its display issue and needs to replace new display which costs around 29000.As i am not ready to spend that much for my mobile, i cam back and reached my mobile insurer, onsitego. They have reached my home and took my mobile from me to their service center. After a week of check, they said the repair cost is higher than the limit and gave my an assurance of 20k worth voucher which we can use to procure new mobile. i denied the requets and asked my mobile back. They returned without gluing my mobile from which i understood their anger.
At last, under suspicion, I checked my mobile with local chip level service person who checked and replaced a faulty chip in my mobile cost me around just 3k. Was this information helpful? |
