I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received concerning my LG washing machine, which I purchased from Croma Center in Gurugram. I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I reported a technical issue with my washing machine to the Croma Center in Gurugram, where I had also purchased an extended warranty. Subsequently, the Croma Center team transferred the responsibility to Onsitego for the repair. However, despite their assurance, there has been no visit from a service engineer, nor have I received any communication regarding the status of my complaint and Onsitego team update false update i wnat complaint aganest Onsite and Croma.

My understanding is that the machine was falsely reported as repaired, citing a power-related problem and part replacement. However, I have not observed any improvement in the machine's functionality, and I am concerned that the issue has not been adequately addressed.

I am disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention as a valued customer. I have always held LG and Croma in high regard for their commitment to customer satisfaction, and I believe that my case deserves a fair and transparent resolution.

I kindly request your intervention to investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that my washing machine is repaired as per the terms of the extended warranty. Additionally, I would appreciate an explanation regarding the inaccurate closure of my complaint without the actual issue being resolved.
