Onsitego — Deficiency of service and dishonoring extended warranty because of some silly reason

I had purchased an LG 43 inches LED TV and along with it bought an extended warranty from Onsitego for 4 more years (1+4 years). In the 3rd year, my LED panel got spoilt and started flickering and changed color. It was changed by the LG service center thru onsitego after a month. But within 2 days the same problem arose again. After complaining the second time and after another month the TV was carried to their service center in a bed sheet borrowed from me. And delivered back after 3 days.
Within 20 days the same problem arose again. This time when I complained again, the LG engineers had a trick up their sleeve. They immediately pointed out a small bent in the plastic frame of the TV and claimed there was PHYSICAL DAMAGE done to the TV. A tiny bent which a common person would not even bother of but this was their BIG reason to make my warranty null and void. Highly magnified Photos were clicked and my repair claim was rejected (which was for the fauly LED panel and not the plastic frame). When I clicked photos of the same so-called damage, my photos were not convincing to Onsitego because the damage were not visible to them as my angle of photography was different. How serious can a PHYSICAL DAMAGE which makes my warranty null and void, be if it is visible only at an angle and not another. And if minor Physical damages are suich big issues why are precautions not taken by LG engineers or transporters?
