Onsitego — Dell G7 Laptop Repair Issue

I have a Dell G7 laptop which was purchased on 11th July 2020. The purchase had a 1-year of Dell warranty and in addition to it, I bought a 2-year extended warranty of Rs-9800.10/- from Onsitego. I started facing issues in November 2021 which I have been facing since then. I've complained about 3-4 times in less than 5 months. Still, the problem continues and I am exhausted from complaining about the same issues repeatedly. The main purpose of getting this laptop was for education but that does not seem to be fulfilled at all.

Henceforth, I don't want any technical assistance/support from the onsitego side. I want a full replacement of the system but they are still asking for my laptop for service repair despite giving them it multiple times.

My device still gets issues while working but they closed my service request without my concern. I'm fed up with the repeated service requests and unsatisfied service provided. I need your help with my system replacement or refund.
Please do the needful ASAP as I'm a student and I am really facing too many problems due to the system which is affecting my academics.
