Onsitego — Extended warranty of Samsung Semi automatic washing machine

A forced client of your extended warranty for my Samsung semi automatic machine. The Samsung dealer and your partner, Vijay Sales, New Delhi 110024 sold me an extended warranty for Samsung semi automatic machine for 2 years under the tag line that the warranty is owned by Samsung India. Onsitego service team has been giving me nightmares along with Samsung India. No one takes responsibility of the extended warranty. I have to face threat and harassment by Samsung India engineers. No one takes this into accountability. BUT onsitego and Samsung India both are united in harassment and disrespect.

Onsitego had approached Samsung India during June 2022 for help in resolution of my product. But apparently, Samsung India engineer's came not to give resolution but to harass me. Rather than approaching the local police for help, I registered complaint for behaviourial issues with both Onsitego and Samsung India. But of no use.

Apparently, my product has again been giving me problems since July 9th and I have been registering complaints with Onsitego. Now onsitego has been forwarding all my complaints to Samsung India seeking help for resolution. But since my last month's complaint resolved only after reaching the Samsung Escalation team (though there has been no communication received from your team). Onsitego escalation team just sleeps over false commitments and don't bother to act or update the client. Because the complaints are registered with Onsitego escalation in the past for a resolution, Onsitego team has stopped giving any support. This is a regular feature with Onsitego and their team for no resolution. Each complaint gets closed and one to reach escalation team and again it's closed.

Now my product again has problems. I had registered a complaint with Onsitego. Onsitego has again forwarded my complaint to Samsung India for smooth resolution. Since my last complaint went thru escalation team, Samsung India have closed 4 complaints for this particular issue under the tag " No issues found and no service needed". Seems like your Engineer's are harassing me and carrying a war against me for raising my voice for bad services and harassment. Your Samsung India Engineers are a threat to me and hence all Samsung India team is supporting the gangsters.

I request for a resolution. I would be happy to take this up on the legal front with the Consumer Court and claim for the cost of the product, damages your product has caused me, all my time and resources, all the legal expenses and challenges, your team's harassment and threat.
