It is deeply regretted that service request no[protected] with onsite go in connection with my v guard geyser 15 ltr (sr.no [protected]) has been rejected on account of parts damage due to leakage of water .I will like to draw yotheir attention that water leakage is due to poor workmanship & /or defective tank or heating element. So the rejection of claim is totally unacceptable & unwarranted. This speaks poorly on their part & proves that the organization is simply duping the consumers .They leave me no alternative but to approach insurance ombudsman.
This proves nobody should purchase ANY plan from onsitego as it is a FRAUD insurer.
They have not even returned the heating element in original condition which was taken by their service engineer & was in working order.
