Extremely poor and slow service, they picked up my device 15 days late (29 june) and it has been 20 days since. What repair service takes one month? They will now dispatch it after a month (30 july) and then it will probably take 10 months to reach me. They don't even let you know an estimate time when you write for repairs so that you know whether to give your device or not. I wrote them continuously to speed up the repairs and they said the best they could do is this. I month to repair a broken back screen. I would never recommend to use onsitego.
