I have taken a extended warranty for my haier AC from Onsite go. The unit was purchased from Kohinoor Andheri west. Onsite Go mechanic came and did servicing for the first time.
When I faced the issue again, onsite go technician came and taken the cooling coil from my indoor unit stating that this part needs to be replaced. Now inspite of giving them the model number, they refused to change, stating the reason that they need serial number which I need to take from retailer or the Brand.
