I had the worst experience of customer services with onsitego. They took my mobile for repair which was in warranty period and kept it for almost 2 months. I had to call them almost everyday after a month passed and every time they just gave silly excuses for why it was taking so long. They have wasted a lot of my time. Finally when i got the device back it was in the same condition.
Someone should sue these people and have their fraudulent company closed. Horrible customer service!! Was this information helpful? |
