Onsitego — I am complaining about Servicing of AC

I raise a complain on 28 may'20 regarding servicing of - AC, Now is 9th Jun'20, but still i am waiting an Engineer for visiting my house for servicing of AC. I called many time to customer care but every time they told me that we are forwarding your complain to concern department and visit will be happen within 72 hour. After giving time I did call back again then the answer same, then i made a call again the they did not me response till evening, next day i call you again then some one senior person talk to me and assured that will be resolve this issue soon and giving me time that 3 working hour that someone called me, but i did not receive any call. Last 12-13 days i am facing this challenges. Last month i extended the warranty for next 2 year. But i think my it was the worst decision of my life. Very bad services.
