Full description of the incident -
I had given my phone for repair within the warranty period of the insurance. These guys took a week to pick it up first and then when i got it back after 2 weeks, it still wasnt working and one fine day stopped working completely for the same reason that it was given for repair.
I gain called them and complained, these guys again took a week and a half to pick up the phone and now i have no idea what exactly is happening..!!! They promise call backs but one calls back...
Desirable resolution - i had earlier asked for an apology letter, which wasnt sent. Now i want a refund for all the times i have been going through distress and inconvenience without my phone because of them,,,!!! Was this information helpful? |
