I have bought a phone from chroma and bought a extended warranty plan
After 1 year my phone is facing problems with the back camera when making videos all videos are hanging for which we have given the phone for a similar complaint 5 times but even after giving the phone 5 times for a same complaint they cheated us by saying that they have done a quality check properly but every time the phone came up again with the same issue and now when we are asking for replacement or making a voucher for what they say they are doing they are now straight away telling us that you have to go to the service centre yourself for the repair and we are not going to replace or give voucher because that doesnt come under our criteria and also when you try to reach them so many different employees will talk to you and you will end up getting cheated and because you cant do anything about it you get cheated at the end, but such companies will continue to cheat you if we will not get enough knowledge about thier working system, its better to take any warranty from these companies who are cheating customers and not for making any honest statement by showing their courage in dispensing honest and sincere services for their customers who are under genuine faith buy their plans and think that now thier product is safe in future .
