I have given my phone to repair via company pickup on 17th august, it is also an expensive phone, i have given it on 17th august 2025, 10 days later, i get a call saying my phone was serviced but didnt pass quality assurance check, so it will go back to repair, i said ok, and later i get a call saying to please dismiss the previous call about phone not having passed the quality check and that it did infact passed the quality check, and my phone will be given back from the serviec center in a day and now it has been 20 days and today i called customer care and they keep saying that the phone will either come today or tomorrow, this has been happening on and off for the past 3 days. they are literally holding my phone, on which i have to work, study and use for my business, this is a very serious issue that needs to be resolved, and i demand an explanation from the company and a proper resolution Was this information helpful? |
