The absolute horrible service I have received from Onsite Go is quite commendable. I never knew that I was looking at my phone for the last time when I gave it away for service. They never informed me about what went wrong with the device. Even after repeatedly requesting the replacement team to get back to me, they never call you. When I finally got a device(was literally forced as they did not have any other option), I was forced to take onsitego insurance on that device too and forced to do promotion for onsitego about their wonderful service.
