This is in regards to complaint no[protected],[protected]. I had a vaccum cleaner which was covered under extended warranty program provided by onsitego. Firstly when I called they said that service cannot be provided as your device's warranty is cancelled and then after repeated discussions they opened the service request as I showed them all the bills and warranty certificates. Then they created a service request and since then it's been almost a month now not a single representative has visited my place.I keep on calling the representatives but all they say is tomorrow sure, the worst part is that the link they send to track their service request is showing that my problem is resolved. Once a local representative called me and asked me to send videos and I did after that he told that my motor will be replaced, on the same tracking link after a few days it showed that the motor has been ordered and after 2 weeks I see on the tracking forum that my problem is resolved. This is total fraud and the local representaive does not reply niether are the support staffs on customer support service helpful. Was this information helpful? |
