I've been trying to get my TV repaired since the 3rd of September but it still hasn't been done. They sent three technicians and said that it'll be done in a few days. Eventually they told me that they'll replace the TV and give me a new warranty as well. I have emails proving this. They even sent me an email telling me that the TV is on its way and they'll send a technician to install it. Suddenly they change their stance and tell me they're not replacing it but giving me a voucher instead. How is this customer service if they can't even fix something they said they'll do two months ago? I have all the communication on email but they've stopped replying to me there and only call now so there's no additional evidence.
