I had purchased Redmi 14 Pro from Vijay Sales Mira road on 10th July 2025 with extended warranty for 1 year. Due to some glitch in Phone we had complained to Vijay Sales on 9th October 2026 and they had arranged Onsitego to arrange pickup of my phone and servicing the Phone. My Phone was showing 100% as and when i keep for charging hence handed over the phone to Onsitego for repair. They Picked up phone from my residence on 10th October 26. One of the Engineer called me on 12th october 2026 to understand the issue with the phone. We explained him about the charging issue he said that there is software issue i will mend it. on 14th Oct 2026 the tracker was updated as Out for delivery and would reach by 17th October 2026. When we call the customer service of the onsite go after non receipt of the device on 17 Oct 2026 she the device is under quality check hence not delivered. On 20 Oct 2026 i received a message to pay Rs.1179 as they have diagnosed issue with my phone without informing me. When i called the customer support she didn't give me proper issue of my phone hence I denied to pay and asked my device back.
I got my device on 22nd October 2026 from Onsitego in dead mode. It was not operative at all. They are saying you pay the charges we will mend it. Sir why should i pay them if i have extended warranty and not getting proper reply what was the problem with my phone. Till date i am fighting with them but no response.
Today i went to Mi service center and they diagnosed with motherboard issue in my device. They reparied my phone.
Attached are the bills of extended warranty, MI service center bill, tracker. Was this information helpful? |
