I had submitted my mobile for repair under insurance on April 13 due to issues with the display, back cover damage, and scratches. Onsitego returned the device after five days, but during inspection, I noticed the back cover was replaced with a poor-quality plastic one that doesn't match or change color like the original. Additionally, after inserting the SIM card, the phone showed no network, and Wi-Fi was not connecting. I returned the phone immediately, but Onsitego gave it back again without resolving the existing problems and even introduced a new issue with the speaker. Despite clear faults on their part, I was advised to try a new SIM, which I did, but the issues persisted. The back cover they replaced cracked on its own without any fall or misuse. After returning the device once more, I was shocked to be asked to pay ₹1, 580, even though the problems were due to their negligence. Initially, I refused, but they threatened not to return my mobile unless I paid. Under pressure, I made the payment. However, even after payment, as of today (May 27), I have still not received my mobile. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
