I took extended warranty for my water purifier from onsitego.
2 months back my product got some issue and its not working now.
I raised request for service on 04 may and after multiple times followup the technician came and he took status of device and he took some parts of my product also. After that they said within 2 days my got repaired. Still now my product not repaired and multiple times i am calling to customer care they ware not responding.in website request is in still active.
Meanwhile they ware sending some fake messages like engineer visted your place, we are not lifting there call etc
