Opulentus Overseas Careers Pvt Ltd — No service is being provided or not refunding back the money paid or no response is being provided

Hi, My name is N. Rajesh, I want to complaint on Opulentus Overseas Careers Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad. I approached to them for Australian Immigration service, where in they have not mentioned any details on what documents are required before the money was paid. After paying money (73, 000 INR) only the revealed list of documents, in which it contained referral letters needed from my previous companies. I tried to get those referral letters, but one of my previous company and present company refused to give referral letters. I explained the same to Opulentus team for many times and asked for refund of my money. They told that there will be some investigation from their side (Investigation Team name is Divergence Team) and it takes 90 days to give the feedback. After 90 days when i asked for my money they said that the money cant be refunded. As they said so, I requested them to transfer my case from Australian Immigration to Canada Immigration. For this also they said no and asking to pay another 70, 000 INR to start Canada Immigration. Even here also they havent mentioned what are the documents required for this process. So please help me in getting my money back and filing a case against Opulentus. They are making fun of Customers money and no proper response is also given to customers. Please help me out in this.
