Orange Tours And Travels — refund as the bus didn't come at all at the location

I am a frequent traveler in a travel job. I had booked a bus ticket from jaggaiahpet to hyderabad on 31/08/19 in orange travels at 6pm (Kl63d3327). Bus operators called me & informed that bus will be delayed by 30 mints only. I was already waiting at the mentioned boading location (I. E. Opp to venkatesai food plaza, jaggaiahpet bypass highway) but bus didn't come even till 7pm. I was constantly calling them but there was no any good response & it was 8pm when i saw in maps that bus has reached telangana already by crossing my location. It was too late 8:30pm they kept arguing and shouting with anger. I had requested for refund but still no response from anyone.
Kindly resolve this issue and proceed for refund soon. I hope these things would not come in near future again.
