Orange Tours And Travels — Refund not provided

On 23rd August 2024, I booked two bus tickets from pune to Hyderabad on orange tours and travels via paytm with a total fare of 2400 rupees. The bus arrived late and after traveling for one hour or so the bus went breakdown and we got a message that it takes 8 hours to repair. It was about 1:30 am and it was raining. The driver told us to contact orange tours and travels. We tried to contact orange tours and travels but they didn't respond. After a long time, another bus came and we shifted to that bus which costed us 2000 rupees(1000 per head). The next day orange tours and travels called us and told us they will provide a complete refund and apologized for their inconvenience. After three days, 850 rupees was refunded (150 discount was deducted by paytm) which means they sent us 1000 rupees as a refund. We contacted orange tours and travels again but they didn't respond.
