Orient Electric India — Ceiling fan not blowing air properly | |
Dear Sir, On 31st March, 2021 we purchased2 ceiling fans from local shop nearby our hometown. Both costs us around rs 4700. Unfortunately, it is not giving air properly to whole room. Although, we spoke to customer care and technician, latter said this fan is fine and it work according to its features. But we are not satisfied with the products. It feels like wastge of money. Here is the product detail: Product Model : Gratia 1400 mm Date of Purchase: 31 March, 2021 I have one question, what if the customer is dissatisfied with the purchased item, who is responsible for that either product manufacturer or shopkeeper? My concern is wether replace the product or give our money back. As Rs. 4700 matters a lot for a common man. It is my humble request, kindly resolve our issue. Was this information helpful? | |
