Orient Electric India — Fans not working

Dear Sir we bought 5 Orient Fans Orient Electric Hector 500
1200 mm BLDC Motor 3
Blade Ceiling Fan
Warranty: 2 Years on 24/102020 from you through FLIPKART vide invoice no FAD66O[protected], FAD66O[protected], FAD66O[protected], FAD66O[protected] FAD[protected],
but one of them is not working at all and another the cap is making noise rubbing against the body when starting. Kindly get the same rectified asap. They can be repaired or replaced.
They are installed at D236FF Sushant Lok Phase 2 Sector 56 Gurugram Haryana 122011. We just shifted to the NEW house recently and fans wer ebought by the Builder for us. One reciept is enclosed for view, others I can add. PDF not allowed by you.
