[Resolved] Orient Electric India — Remote - sensor problem of fan
I bought a orient cecilia automatic silling fan of orient compony operates by remote from Success enterprises, pune. purchese dt : 13/09/2015. from Noember there sterted a some problems like speed chenge, light on/off, noise and much more. So, i amplaint at orient custmoer care toll free no.[protected] on 28/11/2015, their technician come, checked and told that sensour has gone, it has to replace, it will come in next week, .But nothing was happen in next next week.So, i aging register a complaint, than agian other technician came and same reason and solution gave and took some snaps of fan.After that no one has come . i also tried technicians no.but they not responded .After thant companies representatives per week calls and takes only feedback, i am continuesly telling them same, that problem in still not resolved, they using to tell me thet, "ok, it will come next week and technician will replace it . But still today no one has come and after every feedbackthey registered new complaint. Fan warrant period is 2 years. MY name --Varsha Ghadage Ph: [protected] pune, Maharashtra
