The current status of the order OET-[protected]-GOA172 delivery was expected on 5th May 2024 and insurance also generated on 7th May 2024. Still I did not get my scooter on hand but I have paid for insurance policy had been running from 7th May 2024 which is almost 2months ago. I have been following up starting from May 7th 2024 and asking for the delivery of my scooter with the below channels.
1) With Ola Experience center in person
2) Ola App
3) Sending multiple emails to [protected]@olaelectric.com from this email id and also [protected]@gmail.com
As the status is not updated in the app, although Ola experience center team has updated me with wrong status and I was waiting for the delivery intermittently. Due to ola customer service, wrong status in the ola app and also Ola Experience center team, I have lost 2 things starting from May 7th 2024:
1) Insurance payment for an unused period of 2 months. (Please note the vehicle is yet to be delivered to me)
2) Usage of Vehicle for 2months
Hence, I request to compensate the above 2 losses for me as the delivery is delayed due to ola app issue and unresponsiveness from Ola. Feel free to reply with your queries if you need clarification.
