I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the lack of response to my complaint about a defective Orient fan. Despite reaching out earlier and providing all necessary details, I have not received any satisfactory resolution or follow-up.
Complaint Details:
• Product: ceiling fan 1200 mm aeroquit
• Date of Purchase: [13/10/2021]
• Place of Purchase: [Retailer]
• Complaint Reference Number (if any):
1. NC[protected] dated 22 june 2024 closed without solution
2. NC[protected] dated 19th April 2024 closed without solution
3. NW[protected] dated 28th Oct 2023 closed without solution
4. NC[protected] dated 9th April 2025 open till date
• Issue Faced: “The fan stopped working within a few weeks of purchase”
This delay in service is highly inconvenient and reflects poorly on Orient’s customer care standards. I request that this issue be resolved immediately, either through repair or replacement, as the product is still under warranty.
I have complained 4 times in last 2 years but no service provided by company to us.
Since last 3-4 days daily i am contacting your customer care person on WhatsApp but no proper response.
Today he gave number of Dashrath [protected] but he is not receiving call and very irresponsible person.
If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will be compelled to escalate this matter through:
• Posting on public consumer complaint forums
• Reaching out on social media
• Filing a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH)
Kindly consider this matter urgent and respond promptly.
