[Resolved] Orient Fans — making lot of noise

I have bought 2 orient ceiling fans on 1st June 2014. To my surprise within a months period it started making lot of noise. My electrician says that there is a fault in fans and company has to do the needful. I have complained thrice for the same but no executive has visited my place to inspect the fans. As it is a computerised complain system I cannot talk to any executive. Please send the mechanic and help us.

I'd purchased one Orient electric Wendy ceiling fan in March'21, it makes rattling noise, called customer care and they'd sent somebody to fix it who appeared to have no knowledge of it. He told us to change its regulator but that also didn't help. What to do now, can't sleep because of noise. It is in warranty period so I request a replacement/refund.
