My name is charula dewangan and my hcl employee id is 51623996. I have twin babies born on 31st december 2017. I claimed for the insurance money on january and they took 2 months to give the money. From the very start i have been asking for the settlement form but it's been 5 months that they have not given me the hard copy of settlement form. From a month, they have stopped to reply to any of my mails and my money is stuck because of it....

I met an accident on dec-17. I had repaired the car and a amount of 155833 been paid by me in cash and same has been filed for claim. I hold a zero dept policy from oriental policy#211200/31/2018/21460. But i got only 129895 as approved amount for claim. I am asking oriental officials to send the details where they have deducted rest of the amount i. E[protected] rs). But i am not receiving any response. I should get all the amount which...

I am manjunatha v axis bank employee and i accidentally/ mistakenly selected parental issurance while submitting and which i tried cancelling immediately, but it didn't the cancel request.
I do not want to add my parents for this insurance because which i already have made from outside and now it is waste of money here. For the insurance company is dedected rs 29200 amount from my salary account.

I PURCHASED BHAVISHYA AROGYA POLICY No. 1169 IN YEAR 2004 FROM YOUR BRANCH DAB, BHOPAL DURING MY POSTING IN BHOPAL. THE POLICY WAS ISSUED WITH BENEFIT OF Rs.1, 10, 000/- DUE ON COMPLETION OF AGE OF 59. I ATTAINED THE AGE OF 59 ON 02/01/2011 AND RETIRED ON 31.12.2012 AFTER ATTAINING age of 60 years.

I visited your branch of sector 17 chandigarh and later on your branch at Ludhiana and I was told that there is no such policies...

Useless services provided by this guys.
Am trying to claim my vehicle for damages since 2 days.
The contact person is not receiving the call and it comes busy maximum time.

I have been trying to cancel my insurance since 25th of june, before they have come into power, but receiving no action from the company what so ever. Only one person replied to me guiding me to a particular person who is failing to respond. I bought a Samsung mobile on19/08/10 of cost 10,000 rupee with the insurance of 500 for pick pocketing/theft. Unfortunately, on 24/03/11 mobile is picked by pick pocketer. The referred insurance company want a FIR for THEFT under Section IPC 379f or cognizable offence to make the claim. Police said they never make such FIR for a mobile pick pocketing. I am totally helpless with this regard....

On dated[protected] at 05:25 AM, the truck No. RJ11GC3655 hit my car Hyundai grand I10 Sports registration No. MP07CF5831 from behind while driving negligently at Awas Vikas intersection jhansi city (U.P.) Due to which the driver and co passenger got serious injured and my car MP07CF5831 was completely damaged and the truck driver ran away with the truck. After that, I was lounged the FIR No. 0377 dated 25.09.2023 at Sipri bazar thana Jhansi (U.P.) but no action taken against FIR till date. After that, I was registered my complaint No. is [protected] on dated 08.01.2024 on online up mukhyamantri Jan sunwai portal against police department on behalf of registered FIR No. 0377 dated 25.09.2023 at thana Sipri bazaar Jhansi, but no any response against this complaint.

I have send the many times request to insurance co. And theire tpa throgh email alongwith attached soft copies of bills and others requied documents of mediclaim and i have also already submiited the hard copies of origanal bills and others required documents to insurance co. Office for reales the payment rs. 5607.90 regarding the policy no.272400/48/2023/10710 and claim registration no.[protected] of ms. Kiran madan, patient name dhaarna madaan but after some time rupees 3850 only send by insurance co. To me which is illegal and incorrect amount ie. Rupees 1750 less then claim amount . According to insurance co. That the amount of rs. 1750/- ( investigation - lab test ) has been deducted due to not submitting consultation. Patient dhaarna madaan self mbbs qulified dr. And registered medical practitioner. Mcc registration certificate attached. That dhaarna madaan was suffering from 1/2 days from high fever that she has taken medicine by self . After that she decided to take lab test. I request to you kindly issue a order to insurance co. For reales/transfer the blance /correct claim amount rupees 1750 shortly in my bank a/c. Bank a/c detaile already given to insurance co. And tpa co.Many times.

This is file a complaint against Oriental Insurance company, Madikeri Branch, Karnataka for misplacing a cheque provided for renewal of Motor Vehicle Insurance.

My father Mr.Cariappa I B, a senior citizen had approached the Madikeri branch, Karnataka of Oriental Insurance company for the renewal of Motor Vehicle Insurance policy and provided a cheque dated 04.09.2023 and Cheque number 474049 issued by Kodagu District Cooperative Central Bank Limited, Virajpet Branch, Karnataka.
The cheque was misplaced by the employees of the branch and now have failed to renew my insurance policy. This has caused monetary loss to my father.

Request you to please look into the matter and hold the concerned individuals accountable for their irresponsible behaviour. Please acknowledge the same.
