Oriental Insurance Company — Health insurance claim amount not getting dispersed.

Hi Sir /madam,

my name is Krishna Kumar
company name : Guru Gowri Krupa Technologies

patient name : koorella Ramulu (Father)
Hospital name : Ramagiri super speciality hospital, Nalgonda.

For the Policy number : 431600/48/2024/1868,
I have the reimbursement claim and amount was approved on 3rd of the march 2025.
claimed amount is : 41362
approved amount is : 31222

but still by now June 20205, amount has not been credited to my account.
I have called to the 3rd party, Medi assist multiple times, but they are not able to solve the issue.

please help this matter.
