Oriental Insurance Company — Its more than 4 months still no one is ready to process the claim (Policy no. - 272800/31/2017/1287 | |||
We are continuously doing follow ups from march 2017 regarding our insurance claim, it's now more than 4 months and we haven't received any proper response yet. Whenever we called we either asked to call after a week so that they can check the status or we got the response that the concern person is not available due to which it is pending. No one ever told us about the ncb, seems that either no one was even bothered to entertain customer or they have lack of knowledge about the process. We can see in the trail mail that the mail for ncb confirmation was sent on 23rd of may'2017 and that too on the wrong email id. And then the same mail was forwarded again after 20 days when we called and again they sent it on wrong mail id. This has become really painful for us to keep following up without any positive response. As i have checked and found that the insurance renewal is only done based on the previous insurance claim and due to which ncb is no where required. Percentage of ncb is also clearly mentioned in the insurance policy document provided by your company. Could anyone please tell us in one go what we need to do to get this resolved?
