Requested Sir, I had a septoplastic surgery on 12-Nov-2016 at Asian Institute Faradabad. Before surgery I claimed for the surgery fees approvel and on 6-Nov-2016 you send pre-auth approvel for this surgery for Rs. 37, 280 and total claimed amount was Rs. 77, 280 and you mention this is pre-auth approvel and rest amount would be sent on the time of discharge. But at the time of discharge when the TPA sent all the bill to you, then claim denied by you for full payment and hospital took full payment from me and then they discharged me. You mention the denied reson was that I am not a regular bonified student. How this matter to you that I am a student till or not. I am dependant to my father it should be matter to you. Even when I renew this policy on May-2016 then why you renewed this if this type of issue you have. Now my concern is that if you have any issue like this then why you send pre-auth approval. On basis of your pre-auth approval I was went to admit in the hospital. Then after surgery you denied the claim. This is not a good service. I cant afford this money. May be if you denied this before admit then might be possible that I not admit to hospital or I went to another hospital where surgeny amount is less. I went this hospital because this hospital is in your panel. I had to ask borrow for this money at that time. Please return back my money. Other wise I will have to go consumer court for your worst policies. Because people are suffering with your policies. My policy no. 131300/48/2016/14392 is renewed on 26.11.2016 vide payment of cheque of Rs.7454/- as premium. Till date I did not receive my renewed policy document and receipt for payment. Neither I have been ever intimated about renewal.
