Oriental Insurance Company — Unnecessary and unauthenticated deductions in mediclaim policy

Against Policy no. - 153800/48/2022/689 i had purchased mediclaim and w.r.t. that i had made Claim no. : HH[protected] on dated 06/06/2022 for cashless reimbursement, on final settlement they had made unnecessary deductions. I had claimed some post surgery expenses also, but when i had asked company to reimburse unnecessary deductions or provide relevant justification they are unable to reply properly on it, each time they are assigning new persons too and than after that stop responding to the mail after that i had made 12 reminders but not single person is responding to that, and some amount approved for which i had sended original documents two time by courier they had till now not deposited in my account. Now i am tired of that and feeling mental harassment and it is resulting in health issues for me now. Pls help
