GTPL — bad service and not clearity in tv everyday
Very bad service. And everyday problems in every channel i want to give you 0 star to gtpl serviceISSUE NOT RESOLVED ESTIMATED DATE
I have complain customer care regarding "error 651 " message 7/09/2014 but complain not resolved still pendingloss dpwnloading speed
first i can not connect net.i got error 651.but now i can connect net still i lost downloading speed.i call customer care but they can"t help me. user name:adhia49_jnd mo. no:[protected]34%

Hi, am having set top box which my cable operator is not installing since last 6 months, reason am getting is that as i have not purchased the set top box from my local operator hence it can not be installed. Please note that the set top box purchased is of blco only and purchased from bangalore only.
Please guide whether it is compulsory to purchase it from local operator only, what if am already have set top box, do i have to purchase it again.
Whom can we write to / complaint (any regulatory authority) who will help us out
