[Resolved]  Parryware Slimline Flush Tank — Flush tank not working satisfactorily, needs to be repaired by company service personnel according to local plumber

We have purchased two nos. Parry ware Slimline Flush Tanks in Dec. 2010 when we renovated our house in Thane. One of the flush tank was not found to be ok from the very first day itself. The dealer and the plumber checked and said it could be due to the design of the flush tank only. Ten days ago the flush tank stopped working all together. Since we could not get the Parryware customer service no, we called the local plumber. The flush tank has been temporarily repaired, the plumber says that we need to call the company service personnel for a permanent solution. Now the second flush tank has also started giving problems. The button for the larger quantity of water gets stuck once in a while.
