Otipy — Otipy wallet amount not refunded after service shutdown

I was an Otipy customer with a wallet balance of ₹106. After Otipy shut down services in my area, the wallet balance remains unrefunded. Despite repeated attempts to contact support via email and phone, I have not received a satisfactory response or refund.

Please help resolve this issue at the earliest.
