1.Unexplained Access to Lift Mechanism:
Despite the fact that we have no active AMC with the company, their service provider accessed our lift mechanism without any prior permission or information. This raises a serious question — on what authority was he given access to our system? The incident appears highly suspicious, and we will be conducting an internal investigation into the same.
2.Lift Malfunction Created After Visit:
Our lift was functioning properly before their personnel visited. Immediately after his departure, the lift stopped working. This sequence of events makes us believe that the issue was created during the visit, which is unacceptable from a reputed company like OTIS.
3.Access Control Device Installation Issue:
The access control device has been installed incorrectly, causing inconvenience to residents. They have been requested to rectify this faulty installation at the earliest, but no action has been taken after making the full payment.
4.Immediate Corrective Action Needed:
Considering that many of our residents are senior citizens (76+ years old, some with health issues), keeping the lift non-functional is a serious safety and health hazard. We requested them to take immediate steps to restore the lift to proper working condition without any further delay. But no response.
We expect:
Immediate submission of the Tax Invoice for payments already made.
Clarification on how your staff accessed our lift system without AMC.
Rectification of the faulty access control installation.
Urgent repair of the lift to restore service.
