Sub: Inefficient and poor services by OTIS India Gurgaon office in concerned to Lift No. i4139 installed at C 96 Sushant lok 3 sector 57 Gurgaon 122003
I am a senior citizen 72 years old and some people in my building are 75 years old. I am writing to you in agony and loss of trust on the company OTIS Ltd and regret buying the Lift for my house.
I got OTIS lift installed in January 2023 and after I have been taking Annual Maintenance Contract in 2024 and again 2025 vide contract No M14139 category Gold dated 29 May 2025. My lift is giving frequent problems.
1. The Lift has mechanical problem for last 3 months. Very inefficient mechanics come for monthly check up. They notice defect and assure me that senior person would rectify defect. I brought this to the notice of OTIS supervisor Mr Vikas and also to Manager OTIS Gurgaon Mr Veer Prakas. I also made complaints on the customer care call center. (I am attaching the complaints details). On 14 July a senior Technician Mr Yogesh came to see problem and showed me how to reset lift as it is a frequent (daily 2 or 3 times) problem. He also checked mechanical problem and told me that counter weights are rubbing against wall. Technician visited and tried to rectify problem but the problem recured again next day. Till date no rectification of the problems has been done.
Please instruct Gurgaon office to rectify defects as senior cirizens in the building are suffering unable to use lift even after paying for AMR Gold category.
