Otis Elevator Company — Lack of service

To provide some context, I am a current user of OTIS Elevator in Goa and have been satisfied with the product's performance. Recently, I relocated to Gurgaon, Haryana, and now require an OTIS Elevator for my villa. Excited about continuing with your brand, I promptly contacted your customer care number on three separate occasions from my no [protected], clearly stating my requirement. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response or follow-up from your team.

I contacted customer care once again, On this occasion, I was informed that my request had been prioritized and that a sales representative would contact me. After waiting for two days, I finally received a call from Mr. Piyush Gupta of your sales team (contact number: [protected]). He provided me with information regarding the OTIS Elevator and its functions. However, to my disappointment, he failed to follow up on our conversation or provide any further assistance.

Due to this lack of proactive communication, I have been forced to constantly follow up on my case. Even after finalizing all the necessary details and sale cost, it has been three days since our discussion, and nobody has approached me for the signing of the contract. This delay in the completion of the process is both frustrating and concerning, as it reflects poorly on the efficiency and professionalism of OTIS as a company.

I have been a loyal customer of OTIS Elevator, but this recent experience has left me disheartened and questioning the level of service I can expect from your company. I am genuinely surprised and disappointed by the way OTIS has handled my request and the subsequent lack of follow-through.

I kindly request you to look into this matter with utmost urgency and take immediate action to rectify the situation. I believe it is essential for OTIS Elevator to address and resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain its reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

I trust that you will address this matter seriously and provide a swift resolution to ensure my confidence in OTIS Elevator is restored. I look forward to hearing from you soon and witnessing a positive change in the way my case is handled.
