03 Year With Material AMC was taken last year.
However there is no protection in lift against abnormal power supply.
In case o[censored]p and down in incoming supply voltage, Lift wiring got damaged. Lift is not working from 03 -04 Days.

Due to Good name of OTIS we have purchased the OTIS Lift and also recommended to many others .
We are having Centre of Brahmakumaris, Brahmakumaris are having Hundreds of Lift installed all over the India.

It is requested to please review the Protection against Power Supply. If not available please provide protection against abnormal Supply and replaced damaged wiring.
