Hi, One of the otis lift is not working from 18 august 2019 in our society sai symphony mulund east pin 400081. From today morning the second lift is also malfunctioning and has not been working. Now this is a 20 floor building imagine the situation where people are staying at higher levels. We are at 10 floor and had to climb the stairs up and down with a baby. Since this is a leading company in this domain it is very difficult for us to consume the fact that a lift part is not available in a city like this.
