"Respected Sir, I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G dated[protected]. Order was prepaid. Today I received my product via BlueDard courier. After opening the products there are too many scratches and like it used too much. Your executive said to me that there are no scratches on products. Here I'm attached WhatsApp chats and product pics. please arrange a return and refund my money or send me a new product. My Order ID :- [protected]" I have mailed above message on same day when parcel received but still no one pickup and by Ovantica Support team says parcel will pickup today... today... today.. Today is 5th day of returning product and they have 7 day return policy. I'm worried about my money. they are not even replaying of WhatsApp chats I have all those Proof.
