Hi,
I purchased a mobile (Unboxed) from overcart in the month of june. It worked properly till july end, but since august starting, i am facing an issue that it is not showing network for none of the sims. For this i visited to service centre too, but they denied me saying that we can not provide service for this device as it is out of warranty, after that i intimated the same to overcart customer care, they shared an address with me
(Esskey outsourcing pvt. Ltd (Reliable technology), shop # 111, first floor, satyam plaza, opp. Shama tourist complex, gurgaon).
But it is always found as closed. Yesterday i also marked an e - mail to their higher authorities, but still there is no revert on the mail.
Today i escalated the case through twitter too, but have not receive any response till time.
Please help me to get the services, i am not asking for replacement/refund or anything else. I am just asking them to help me to get servics for the device purchased through their site.

Complaint marked as Resolved They were not providing me the services, But after i posted here, they managed to get it arranged for RPU on very next day only.
After that they replied me on reqular basis and helped me in my way.
OverCart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Again, I am very upset with your services, First I Got a confirmation on 12th October from your end stating that you are unable to provide the replacement, Where you also asked for my NEFT details to initiate refund against my Order. So After getting that confirmation, I Purchased a new Phone on the same day.
But next day i got a mail that you are going to re-ship the device to me after getting the error resolved. But what should I do with the phone that i Purchased after your refund confirmation on 12th Oct.
Team, As I mentioned in my previous post that i never asked for replacement or Refund, I just wanted my device in OK condition only, I Didn't have any intention of refund or replacement till that point of time as it was out of E-commerce process too.
But A refund confirmation from your end has changed the process. So now request you please initiate me Refund only.
