Recently i bought a mobile phone from overcart.com but the phone arrived with faulty sim slot, sim slot of the phone was not working, when i tried to get resolution from their customer support team, they asked me to make video to prove that my phone is really faulty. But even after sending them pictures and videos there is no resolution from their side. Its been more than 5 days and i am still waiting for my product to be returned or refunded.

      Order #bst[protected].
      I had ordered a 27 inches samsung monitor on 25/04/2017 & they sent me a 22 inches monitor instead.
      After calling them up & sending emails multiple times, finally they picked up the monitor on 1/05/2017. I was promised that they will expedite the exchange for me and send me the correct product asap. However, neither they've replied with a satisfactory answer, nor i've received the product yet. All they do is just keep sending me scripted replies, no one seems be helpful there. Disgusting service! Will never recommend overcart to anyone.

      Please help me in escalating this complaint and getting this fixed asap. I've attached the screenshots of the conversation i've had with overcart, you can clearly see their scripted replies.

      I was promised a refund before 15th May as my credit card statement generates on 15th of every month. The statement is out and there is no refund reflecting on it. Now I have to unnecessarily pay Rs.9139 to my credit card provider for the mistakes and delays done by overcart. Worst company ever that I've come across.

I want to cancel there order as I have to urgently leave the city due to personal reasons. I ordered this product on 20th April 2017, but will not be able to receive it. Moreover, please share the video of the device highlighting the issue so that we may take it further.

            To whomsoever it may concern
            I had placed a order for a power bank at the undermentioned order number which was delivered to me after a ordeal of 9 days in a broken piece of shape and none of the points working, for which i filed a return, and got it reverse shipped on 22 december. From 22 december till 9th of march i am yet to discover the so called credit which has been transferred as per your team on facebook with whom i have been in constant interaction from the first day at my overcart experience of 10 orders, i had the best experience at overcart and i proudly posses all the gadgets, but sorry to day this purchase has totally converted me from a loyalist of overcart to a non recommending one, i have picked up calls from trusted reviews even in my meetings for reviewing you guys constantly passing on and making numerous orders possible from different freind of mine, but sorry to say sir /maam this delivery has brought on face the experience of what a return is, i was being said to send my passbook to even mail paytm and even reach out to my bank. Is it my fault that i ordered a product and it was delivered to me in piece's? That i should run to every hook and corner to find my value back, or i should devote all of time just to mail paytm, pnb reach out to you guys.
            Its high time please reply in clear words as to are you guys refunding or not cause if you are not then my action plan would be different rather then being a constant bully on you guys and still having faith in your system which is completely crippled as per mindset. Its been months that i have been forwarded diffrent things.
            Summary = i need an answer as to in how many minutes or hours will i refund i dont need any paytm numbers or any numbers to confirm with my bank i havr done so dozen times, either you give an answer as a credit to my account or i am changing the course of plan henceforth.

              Firstly my complaint was this which was resolved and overcart sent me the tablet.(On 14th feb i placed order on a bsnl penta tablet (BST[protected]) on over the top sale as i was getting it for a cheaper price. I paid for it through debit card and got he confirmation from razorpay that my payment is received.But as i checked the order status later it showed me that the order is cancelled. As i called the customer care for the first time they said that" they haven't received the money and this happens many time and u will get the refund". As i called Costmer service second time they said that " they have received the money and will refund it". I said them that i want my tablet not the refund than they said that it is not Possible. As i was to say anything they cut the call. I want overcart to give me the tablet I don't want the refund.)
              Now my complaint is that the tablet i got was heavily scratched on the screen. I contacted Costmer care and they sent the person for pickup. Pickup was completed on 22feb and since then i didn't got any reply from overcart against the replacement. I called overcart costmer care the day before yesterday, yesterday, and today.All the three times they replied thet didn't have got the tablet back and asked me for the awb of pickup that the pickup person should have told me but he didn't. So since three day Costmer care is telling me that they will call back on the same day but they didn't called. I request overcart to kindly replace my tab asap and at last i want replacement not refund.

              As no response from overcat.today i called the Costmer care the Costmer care executive told me that they can't do the replacement as the product isn't available. They said me that they will refund the money in internal credit. But i don't want the refund i want replacement. Overcart kindly call me asap.
              No reply from overcart till yet.
              Wrong products delivered and not responding.

                    On jan 31st of 2017, I have paid for jbl earphones through sbi net banking. The amount got deducted from my account. But the order was cancelled by overcart. I have contacted the customer care, and it always said they didnt recieve any payment and asked me to contact bank. After contacting bank I found that payment has been completed to the merchant. I want overcart to take immediate action and confirm my order.

I have raised a complaint to customer care they told visit the service center for fix the issue because No return policy.                             Hi,

                            I purchased a mobile (Unboxed) from overcart in the month of june. It worked properly till july end, but since august starting, i am facing an issue that it is not showing network for none of the sims. For this i visited to service centre too, but they denied me saying that we can not provide service for this device as it is out of warranty, after that i intimated the same to overcart customer care, they shared an address with me
                            (Esskey outsourcing pvt. Ltd (Reliable technology), shop # 111, first floor, satyam plaza, opp. Shama tourist complex, gurgaon).

                            But it is always found as closed. Yesterday i also marked an e - mail to their higher authorities, but still there is no revert on the mail.

                            Today i escalated the case through twitter too, but have not receive any response till time.

                            Please help me to get the services, i am not asking for replacement/refund or anything else. I am just asking them to help me to get servics for the device purchased through their site.

                            Again, I am very upset with your services, First I Got a confirmation on 12th October from your end stating that you are unable to provide the replacement, Where you also asked for my NEFT details to initiate refund against my Order. So After getting that confirmation, I Purchased a new Phone on the same day.

                            But next day i got a mail that you are going to re-ship the device to me after getting the error resolved. But what should I do with the phone that i Purchased after your refund confirmation on 12th Oct.

                            Team, As I mentioned in my previous post that i never asked for replacement or Refund, I just wanted my device in OK condition only, I Didn't have any intention of refund or replacement till that point of time as it was out of E-commerce process too.

                            But A refund confirmation from your end has changed the process. So now request you please initiate me Refund only.

                                  I got my phone(Xiomi MI4 WHITE 16GB) on 17/09/2016. My Order Number is BST[protected].
                                  Although I have very Bad experience with that phone as there is existing MI account of previous User and you guys send me that Phone without testing and re-checking.
                                  Today I waste my 4 hour and the executive of your company continuously making me fool by giving wrong service centre address.
                                  Whatever I just want that kindly pick up my phone and dispatch other same phone(Xiomi MI4 WHITE 16GB) from Bangalore just after pick up.
                                  Reason is that I don’t have any phone right now and I can Mange only for one day.
                                  I want my new phone maximum on Friday and Kindly check and remove MI account by switch ON the data first.
                                  I don’t want to paste that review on glassdoor.

                                  As I complaint on Indian consumer complaints Forum on 19th sep 2016 for my Xiomi MI4 WHITE 16GB with order number BST[protected]. Overcart resolved all my issues by providing me a new phone with order number BST[protected] just after dispatching the wrong one.

                                    The shipment #[protected] for order #bst[protected] was delivered to me on 12/09/2016 (By dtdc no.[protected]. But the received product is wrong. I have ordered for two number sony tdg-bt500a 3d active glasses costing rs. 2158/- and instead received package is of sony tdg - 500p passive 3d glasses (Rs.349/- x 2 nos.). This is not at all use full for me. Even there is no response for phone calls made to your help line number. The model no. & rate is clearly visible on package and before shipping you could have verified the item. After reading reviews on net, i feel something is wrong with over cart. You tend to lose customers confidence from such deeds.
                                    You can verify this from attached photographs of your delivered product. Once again i request you to either replace this wrong product with correct one or refund full the amount

                                      My name is Ravi i bought a phone Honor 7 from over cart on 22nd july with order id BST[protected] using Zest money.I got the item after 3 days.Once i opened the item i figured that they sent me different colour phone which is grey instead of silver.After that i had chat with customer care and they asked send photographs which i did.Then they scheduled a repickup. Ecom did pickup the phone from me on 27th .they supposed to deliver it to banglore .According to ecom site the phone was in banglore from last 5 days .But they are not delivering it to overcart.When i contact overcart everyday overcart chat executives Aman etc playing games with us by assuming customers as fools.One days he says the phone will deliver today another day he says twith out delivery we will initiate refund .another day he says his systems or down and another day ecom will deliver it in 72 working hours .Its clearly shows they and ecom playing a game with customers assuming that customers are fools diesnt understand their lies.Sir please raise the issue and try to refund my amount.

                                        This is reg order nummber bst[protected] which was placed on 7/23/16 and found defective as on arrival and again bst[protected] was placed on 7/26/16 was found defective and after so much harassment overcart refunded me amount for these orders as on 9 aug 2016.
                                        And then bst[protected] was placed on 8/2/16 and it was also defective and for refund of this product overcart harassed me alot and finally after so many emails overcart refund money into overcart account as overcart internal recharge for which i purchased another smartphone bst[protected] as on 8/18/16 which was promised me to shipped by 19th aug and it has not been shipped till date and already more than one month gone but still i did not get my right mobile and spending money every time i to face these kind of issues.
                                        So i wants to ask overcart who will be responsible for this harassment which i am suffering from last one month.
                                        Otherwise i have to file case in consumer forum for this harassment.

                                        Overcart was also promised me for refund on my order bst[protected] but they did not refund me the same as they refund the same into overcart account instead into my account snapshot for the same posted by overcart on facebook is attached herewith
