Sir / madam,

Please find below my order. When i tracked the same at your website for the past one week, it is still showing under processing. I have a confirmation from zest money regarding the payment of the same to over cart.

When i called your customer care yesterday, they told me that they will process the order today and send me the tracking details but today when i logged into your site, i saw that the status is "on hold". When i called up customer care, they said that the order has been cancelled and i can take back my down payment from zest money.

I have already entered into an agreement with zest money and they have confirmed payment to over cart.

I hope that my association with over cart and zest money will be a pleasant one and you will not give me a chance to regret.

Please provide me with a status as to when the product will be shipped and the estimated date of arrival at my place. I have tried to raise several queries but have no written response from their side.

This complaint stands resolved as the vendor has cancelled the order. However, I have placed a new Order and am yet to get a reply from Overcart Team.

    Versus
    1. Exit marketing, b37/a, kalkaji, new delhi - 110019
    2. Ecom express, scf 12 main market, kitchlu nagar, near police chownki, ludhiana, punjab - 141001.
    Opposite parties
    Complaint under section 12 of the consumer protection act, 1986
    Respectfully showeth:
    1. That the complainant had purchased asus zenfone 6 (Mobile phone) from opp party 1 who is online shopping website for unboxed & refurbished products. The complainant seeking good response from opposite party 1 but still no one resolve the issue hence the complainant want refund from opposite party 1 because he brought the product on trust of opposite party 1.
    That the facts of the present case, in brief, are as follows.
    2.in 2nd aug 2016, the complainant purchased a mobile phone from the opposite party 1. That the complainant bought product by paying amount of 7999 was because of its enviable reputation as a company with a good track record in customer service. However the complainant is disappointed at the appalling level of service meted out to him. A copy of the bill, email sent to opposite party 1 & proof of bad service is attached herewith as annexure i.
    3. As on 2nd aug 2016 complainant purchased an mobile phone with order number bst[protected] from opp party 1 by paying 7999 cash. Then complainant get delivery of mobile phone as on 3rd aug 2016. The phone was having some scratches but complainant starts operating mobile phone & does not raised any issue then after 2-3 days mobile phone started giving touch problem & hagning issue on all applications then as on 10th aug 2016 complaint called to customer care of opp party 1 and raised the issue for this handset, on 11th aug opp party 1 created ticket (49919) for this issue and initiated the return pick up for this order because of 15 days return or exchange policy mentioned on opp party website. Then as on 12th aug opp party 2 picked up the mobile phone from complainant and it has been reached to opp party 1 by 17th aug 2016 at 4:46 pm and complainant got call from opp party 1 at 5:15 pm that opp party 1 will not refund for this order because mobile phone is ok in quality check as it is not possible for quality check opp party has taken just 30 minutes to download some software in phone to ehck it will take at least 2-3 hours for quality check. Then complainant post on facebook account of opp party 1 with facts & opp party clearly mentioned there that after reaching product to them opp party 1 will initiate the refund. Then as on 6:40 pm on 17th aug 2016 complainant reached his office & sent email reg this but complainant did not get any revert on his email & then as on 18th aug 2016 complainant again sent email reg this then opp party 1 replied that they will getting the ship same mobile phone to complainant & then again complainant sent an email to opp party with facts and request for refund for faulty mobile phone but after that complainant did not get any reply on this.
    4. Complainant also raised issue till management level of opp party 1 but complainant did not get any solution & as complainant sent final reminder emails to opp party 2 but then also complainant did not get any revert on this. That complainant did not get any positive revert from opp party 1 via email or phone for this complaint.
    5. That the complainant has brought two maxfones with order number bst[protected] from opp party 1 as on 26th jul which were also dead on arrival and refund for the same has been initiated by opp party 1. Then as on 23rd july complainant brought yu yureka smartphone with order number bst[protected] and that was also faulty and after lots of struggle and lots emails complainant finally got the refund for this phone also. Due to this bad service as all 3 orders complainant got were defective and opp party 1 is now not giving refund because complainant do not want to purchase anything in future from this website due to defective products. Also complainant has to go for many struggles and harassment for all above mentioned orders after that only complainant got his refund emails for the same has been also attached herewith.
    6. That this hon’ble forum has got pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain this complaint as the compensation claimed does not exceed rs.20, 00, 000/-.
    7. That the opposite parties have inflicted enormous amount of mental agony and financial loss on the complainant.
    8. That the present complaint is within the limitation as prescribed under the act because the deficient service was provided to the complainant by the opposite parties.
    9. That the complainant has not filed any such or similar complaint before hon’ble court. No such or similar complaint is pending adjudication before any competent court of law.
    It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that this hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to:-
    I) direct the opposite parties to apologize for all the inconvenience caused to the complainant;
    Ii) direct the opposite parties to make up for the mistake by refunding complainant’s money.
    Iii) pay a sum of rs.17999 /- towards the sum of 7999 towards product cost, & sum of 10000 towards physical strain and mental agony suffered by the complainant and his family members.
    Iv) direct the opposite parties to pay a sum of rs. 2, 000/- towards cost of this petition
    For which act of kindness, the complainant shall, as is duty bound, ever pray.

      I ordered for sony mdr-xb30ex in-ear earphones (Black) ear phones. And after 7 days i received different low cost item which is very cheap item. Over cart says they will check the product before dispatching but it is not true they are cheating people. Request you to kindly look in to this matter. Request you to refund or send me the original product.
      My order details are - order #bst[protected].
      Dated -5/8/2016.
      Wrong item delivered on -11/8/2016 @ 16.15 hrs.

        I had ordered Beyerdynamics DX 160 IE earphones from over cart.
        They shipped a fake chinese product.
        They maintained that the product is Genuine.

        Later they inform that the Chinese headset was put in beyerdynamics DX 160 box by mistake.. Human error they claim. In the mean time they had jacked up the prices for the same by about 50% and asked if i want to buy the product by paying the difference.

        Not very professionals as they claim to be.

        I just had a word with Mr. Aman, and he explained that it was human error from the vendor.and the vendor shipped the wrong product due to this error. A refund was already initiated by them. He also informed that the prices are given by the vendors and they not control the price. Overcart handled the matter very professionally. Thanks

          Overcart, you have not delivered my order but sent me a mail with a note " your order has been delivered" I mailed your customer care the issue and also expressed my concern in Chat. However, every time i get the same reply " please provide us 24 hours, we will check with courier partner and get back" I don't really understand when these 24 hours will end. Friday, I personally inquired courier and got to know that the provided tracking number by overcart doesn't belong to me. This is really annoying overcart...

There was a technical glitch from the Courier Partners and we have raised an escalation with them, however that said we will get the order delivered to you at the earliest, and once we dispatch the order, we will share the details with you over an email.

            We are hear about overcart OTT sale provide mobile in 99 rs and laptop for rs 6500... first they create too much hype for this sale but on sale day there site in not working.
            On third day of sale overcart site is normal working.
            On third day i am luckily get 2 mobile amounting 99 rs and one iphone 6.
            But today they call (i have call recording) and tell me that your order for both mobile are cancelled due to failed in quality check. Now my question is why they accept order before quality check of mobile. They just want to create traffic on their website. So please don't waste your time on such a third class sites. also suggest any link where i can complain this incident. please share this post...

            Same happened with me as well.
            I got 2 headphones for ₹9 (+₹50 shipping) and a ₹99 mobile but now they have cancelled all my orders giving same response which they gave you.

            Completely fake sale.

              I purchased a refurbished Oneplus One from Overcart Order# BST[protected] in Aug 2015. Since I was travelling a lot I just checked the device and it was working fine so I assumed all was ok. A month later I tried to put in a SIM and it seemed that something inside was broken due to which the SIM tray was not coming out at all. After a little effort I finally put in the SIM. Now due to some reason I had to port and again I tried to put in the new SIM. But this time it did not come out at all. I called up Oneplus customer service and they directed me to a service center in Nehru Place, New Delhi. I requested the service center if I could send the phone by courier and they flatly refused.
              So here is how I am in a big problem:
              1. First of all I will never ever buy a refurbished phone from Overcart and request everyone to do the same. They are claiming that they have checked the phone 100%. If they checked it then why did this problem occur?
              2. In case you do buy it check before hand that service center is there in your city. I am based in Agra and I saw that there was a service center in Agra but unfortunately it had closed down.
              3. If I go to Delhi I will spend close to Rs. 6000 in 2 trips - one to deliver the phone and then collect it a few days later not to mention the inconvenience and wasted time for no fault of mine.
              So I request Overcart and Oneplus One to help me here.

                I had purchased Xaiomi redmi note from over cart on 24/04/2015 and I recieved it on 6/05/15, But the product I got is defective it has charging problem, Next day i told overcart about it they told the they will either replace it or refund me but more than 2 weeks have been passed forget about refund or replacement but till date even reverse pick up not done by their part,

                  I have ordered redmi note 4g on 24 April, I recieved it on 6 may but they have given me defective product when I ask for replacement they told they they will either replace or refund the amount but more than 2 week has been passed nither they have replaced nor refund

                    I have purchased a product from overcart.com on 24 march 2015. as per mail they ship the product on 30 march 2015. Now they are also unable to track the product. They are also not picking up the phone and they have no satisfactory answer on chat also. very bad experience with overcart.com
