[Resolved] OverCart — Delay in replacement of order BST[protected] | |||||
Firstly my complaint was this which was resolved and overcart sent me the tablet.(On 14th feb i placed order on a bsnl penta tablet (BST[protected]) on over the top sale as i was getting it for a cheaper price. I paid for it through debit card and got he confirmation from razorpay that my payment is received.But as i checked the order status later it showed me that the order is cancelled. As i called the customer care for the first time they said that" they haven't received the money and this happens many time and u will get the refund". As i called Costmer service second time they said that " they have received the money and will refund it". I said them that i want my tablet not the refund than they said that it is not Possible. As i was to say anything they cut the call. I want overcart to give me the tablet I don't want the refund.) Now my complaint is that the tablet i got was heavily scratched on the screen. I contacted Costmer care and they sent the person for pickup. Pickup was completed on 22feb and since then i didn't got any reply from overcart against the replacement. I called overcart costmer care the day before yesterday, yesterday, and today.All the three times they replied thet didn't have got the tablet back and asked me for the awb of pickup that the pickup person should have told me but he didn't. So since three day Costmer care is telling me that they will call back on the same day but they didn't called. I request overcart to kindly replace my tab asap and at last i want replacement not refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||

As no response from overcat.today i called the Costmer care the Costmer care executive told me that they can't do the replacement as the product isn't available. They said me that they will refund the money in internal credit. But i don't want the refund i want replacement. Overcart kindly call me asap.
