[Resolved] OverCart — Incorrect product sent & poor customer service. | |||||
Order #bst[protected]. I had ordered a 27 inches samsung monitor on 25/04/2017 & they sent me a 22 inches monitor instead. After calling them up & sending emails multiple times, finally they picked up the monitor on 1/05/2017. I was promised that they will expedite the exchange for me and send me the correct product asap. However, neither they've replied with a satisfactory answer, nor i've received the product yet. All they do is just keep sending me scripted replies, no one seems be helpful there. Disgusting service! Will never recommend overcart to anyone. Please help me in escalating this complaint and getting this fixed asap. I've attached the screenshots of the conversation i've had with overcart, you can clearly see their scripted replies.
