[Resolved] OverCart — Payment made but order cancelled | |||||
On 14th feb i placed order on a bsnl penta tablet (BST[protected]) on over the top sale as i was getting it for a cheaper price. I paid for it through debit card and got he confirmation from razorpay that my payment is received.But as i checked the order status later it showed me that the order is cancelled. As i called the customer care for the first time they said that" they haven't received the money and this happens many time and u will get the refund". As i called Costmer service second time they said that " they have received the money and will refund it". I said them that i want my tablet not the refund than they said that it is not Possible. As i was to say anything they cut the call. I want overcart to give me the tablet I don't want the refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
