I have ordered d link 816 router. Order id is bst[protected]. Still it's showing order received for past 1 week. I didnt know tge current status of the product i have ordered. Customer care is not even picking the call. Email also sent from my end. But there is no reply. Kindly share the status soon. Atleast you can provide some date to get the product..
